REFUND POLICY

At TechAdt, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with the service you have received, we are here to help. Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

REFUND POLICY - REQUIREMENT 

To be eligible for a return, your reason for a refund request must be due to an issue with the service that is attributable to TechAdt, such as not meeting the agreed-upon specifications or project requirements. Please provide any supporting documentation or evidence of the issue.

 THE REFUND POLICY

To initiate a refund, please contact us at our "CONTACT US" section. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your refund request. Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
